Gary Mendoza’s contributions to the healthcare landscape include the organizational architecture for provider systems taking global capitation, the cornerstone of the California Department of Managed Health Care’s consumer protection efforts, The California Endowment and the California Healthcare Foundation.

Gary served as Los Angeles Deputy Mayor and is a Yale Law School graduate. He recognizes the operational imperative to identify, secure and maintain aligned interests and has honed an ability to navigate complicated healthcare policy and political environments.

Matt Kristin

CTO & Co-founder

During his 34 years of IT/HIT experience, Matt Kristin has successfully operated in different organizational settings with different data systems tackling difficult problems and delivered IT-driven solutions to payers, hospitals, EMS systems, clinical research teams, health information exchanges, federal and state governments and telecom/mobile providers. Matt can see how to align technologies that drive innovation and has the design and development skills to make it happen.
